  As another reviewer said, Adesa runs like a well oiled machine. It starts with great customer service and I received nothing less. I tried selling my friends car on Kijiji since May 2017 with interested offers but no serious buyers. I noticed an ad for Adesa auctions and talked to Kerry. He answered all my questions and was professional yet pleasant on the phone. I took my friends mint 2011 Hyundai Sonata to Adesa and had made arrangements with Kerry's associate Darryl who was also very prompt and courteous. The paperwork took less than 20 mins. and I was on my way. The first auction on the following Thursday I got a call from Kerry, "Sold!". The offer exceeded my reserve selling price which I was very happy about. Cheque was processed the following week. Overall a great experience. The sellers fee is very reasonable. Tip: When setting your reserve price it's better to go a little bit over what you think your vehicle is worth. Because you'll pay a percentage on the difference over your reserve price.
